Day 3/ Jour 3: presentation of digital tools, conference-debat,presentation of organisations
[FR] Ce matin les participants ont discuté sur des exemples précis de e-participation dans leur contexte local en sous groupes interculturelles. Ils ont partage les expériences de leurs pays en tant que citoyens ayant impact réel dans leurs communautés locaux et par la suite présenté leur travail au reste du groupe dans une manière créative. Certains se sont exprimés par les dessins, certains par des petits sketchs.
Après avoir présenté brièvement résultats de leurs travaux à la groupe, ils ont travaillé avec la présentation sur les outils numériques pour sensibiliser les jeunes à ces outils et favoriser leur utilisation pour une meilleure e-participation des jeunes.
Après-midi entier ont consacré le sujet de la printemps arabe. Les participants ont parlé de mécanismes d’e-participation des jeunes à la vie publique dans le monde arabe.
A la suite de la discussion sur les exemples de participation a l’ère du Printemps Arabe, les formateurs ont demande aux participants d'identifier des inconvénients et des avantages de la démocratie électronique.

A la fin d’après- midi les participants ont réfléchi sur les résultats de la journée en sous groupes.
Pendant la soirée, les participants ont organisé le souk d'organisation pour établir des contacts, en savoir plus sur leurs organisations et de partager les expériences de travail.
[EN] This morning, the participants discussed about specific examples of e-participation in their local context in intercultural groups. They share the experiences of their country as citizens with real impact in their local communities and then presented their work to the rest of the group in a creative way. Some have expressed the drawings, some by small skits
After briefly presenting the results of their work to the group, they worked with the presentation of digital tools to educate young people how to use these tools to develop better youth e-participation.
Whole afternoon have dedicated to arab spring's topic. Participants have talked about mechanisms of e-participation of young people in public life in the Arab world, including facebook tool in any bidding event, protest or agora citizen and their impact on democratic and social change and identify the strengths and weaknesses of e-democracy in the era of the Arab Spring.
Following discussion of the examples of participation in the era of the Arab Spring, the trainers have asked participants to identify the strengths and weaknesses of e-democracy.
Afterwards, they have been in intercultural subgroups were they reflected on the outcomes of the day. The participants met in their focus group with a facilitator to assess the activities of that day

In the end of the day, the participants have organized presentation of their organisations to make contacts, find out more about their organisations and share experiences from work.
