Day 6: Introduction to theatre forum methode, preparations for final spectacle
EN: The aim of the day was to introduce the participants in the forum theater technique and preparation of the final performance.
FR:L'objectif de la journée était de présenter aux participants à la technique du théâtre forum et la préparation de la performance finale.
FR: Ce matin les participants ont travaillé sur les recommandations pour l’accès des jeunes défavorisés à l’e-participation et l’e-démocratie en analysant les forces et les faiblesses des différentes dimensions de l’e-participation et l’e-démocratie
Dans l'après-midi les participants ont discuté de les aspects techniques du théâtre forum et ont commencé en utilisant cette méthode préparer leur performance finale.
Tout d'abord, les formateurs ont montré quelques exercices de théâtre pour leur donner une idée générale de la manière dont le forum fonctionne,ensuite ils ont fait certaines activités qui stimuler leur créativité, puis les participants dans les quatre sous-groupes interculturel ont développé brainstorming sur les idées générales de sketchs en ligne avec les recommandations qu'ils ont proposé sur la participation des jeunes défavorisés en utilisant des outils numériques.
Enfin ils ont établi trois sketchs sur l'e-participation des jeunes en ciblant trois niveaux différents: européennes, locales et associative.Dans le section de la soirée accordes d'attentes, le comité social a proposé de faire une excursion en bateau tous ensemble afin qu'ils puissent découvrir la ville de Strasbourg.
ENG:In the morning participants have been working on recommendations for disadvantaged youth access to e-participation and e-democracy in analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the different dimensions of e-participation and e-democracy.
In the afternoon part the participants discussed about technical apsects of forum theater methode and started to prepare their final performence.
Firstly, the trainers showed few drama exercises to give them a general idea how the forum theater works on, they made some actvities to stimulate their creativity, then participants developed intercultural 4 subgroups to brainstorm on the general ideas of sketchs in line with the recommendations, they have proposed one about participation of disadvantages young people using digital tools
Finally they established 3 skeetchs on e-participation of young people by targeting three diffrents levels: European, local and assiociative
Thereafter ,as at the end of each day, participants have met in their respective groups to assess the contributions of the day with the help of a facilitator. Each participant, in turn, has first shared with the rest of the group what they have learned.Thereafter, theyhave individually filled their daily learning journal to remember at the end of training.
In the evening according to participants' expectations function, the social committee has proposed to make a boat trip all together so they can well discover the City of Strasbourg.
Thereafter ,as at the end of each day, participants have met in their respective groups to assess the contributions of the day with the help of a facilitator.
