La phase de préparation aura lieu avant la formation. Tous les participants seront invités à avoir une documentation initiale sur leurs réalités locales et nationales et de partager ces informations avec les autres participants à l'aide de ce blog.	Preparation phase will take place before the Forum. All the participants will be requested to have an initial documentation on their local and national realities and to share these information with the other participants by using this blog.
